Sonoma Coast Villa, situated on 60 acres in Sonoma County's Russian River Valley, offers accommodations for corporate retreats, honeymoons, and getaways. The property features terraced gardens, red tile roofs, terracotta stucco, and a columned veranda. Bodega Bay is located along State Route 1. The Villa is 40 km from Charles M. Schulz Sonoma County airport.

Dining options include trusted local caterers specializing in regional cuisines and wines. The main dining room seats 40 for dinner and 50 for a reception. The Upper Terrace accommodates 50 seated guests, and the Lower Terrace accommodates 100 seated guests. The outdoor courtyard and lawn area can host over 200 guests.

For business, the Villa has meeting spaces. The Board Room seats 10. The Carriage House offers 800 square feet of space for up to 50 seated guests.

The Grand Residence is a private home on-site with four bedrooms. It features a living area suitable for group events and includes a 14-person dining table. It has a full kitchen, washing and drying machines, a private outdoor deck, and a pool table. The master bedroom features a king bed, sleeper sofa and private bathroom. There is one bedroom with a king bed and two bedrooms with queen beds.
